
Seasonal Yoga1:1 Practice
An individual Yoga session allows you to explore your own practice with more attention and detail. Seasonal Yoga is designed to mirror the current energy of the season and you will find that it begins to change the way you live your life as you begin to move in harmony with the energy of the season.
Seasonal Yoga is based on traditional Hatha Yoga and Chinese Medicine. Both of these concepts infuse together in a remarkable way to work on the energy of the body and mind.
When you begin Yoga the postures or asanas take you on a inner journey, reuniting you with your breath, bringing you in the the present moment and shining the light of awareness on how you are conducting yourself in daily life. The practice can assist in releasing negative thoughts and emotions and will undoubtedly bring you back into your heart centre. Seasonal Yoga can be both Yin or Yang, depending on the time of year and can be centred around you and the outcomes you desire.

This practice is designed for adults and can be adapted if there is injury or difficulty in moving. I do not recommend this practice for pregnant women but would be more than happy to signpost you to some incredible pregnancy yoga teachers in the local area.
