Cancellations 

To cancel or change an appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Failure to attend may result in a full treatment cost being charged or loss of your deposit.

Course of treatments 

All courses must be paid in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months. Missed appointments may results in treatments deducted from your course.

Deposits 

Seasonal living reserves the right to request a non-refundable deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy above.
